As the founder and Broker of Record of Golden House Realty, Peter has a profound academic background and extensive work experiences in the real estate and construction industries in Canada, China, the United State, and United Arab Emirates.
Peter has become a licensed realtor since 2002 and has served as the company’s president since 2007. During the past 20 years, he has been focusing on offering competent residential and commercial real estate services and has built strong relationships with major developers, real estate marketing companies, and realtors. By providing professional services to all his clients, Peter has helped thousands of home buyers to find their dream places and assisted investors in their search for profitable properties with a combined total value of over $1 billion.
The passion towards real estate can be traced back to the 1980s. Peter has obtained a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and had been working in the construction and building industries for over 10 years before immigrating to Canada. He worked once as an internship in the corporate department of Toronto City Hall, where he acquired boundless knowledge of GTA issues and history. He is determined to offer insightful approaches as facilitating the needs of his clients in the real estate sector.
